On-site Activities
Our everyday on-site activities are included with all of our all-inclusive packages and will vary day to day. These activities are both educational and entertaining, and apt for the whole family. Here are some examples. Activities are posted daily.
Sunrise Bird & Wildlife Walk
Early bird gets the worm. Join us for an early walk to discover more of 290 species of birds and other wildlife that inhabit the Mayflower Bocawina National Park. A new species sighting? Make sure you report it with our guides on eBird. We start at 6:30 am!- Early bird eats the worm.
Sunset Property & Bird Walk
Close to sunset, birds and other wildlife are getting ready to sleep but nocturnal species are waking up to start a night of hunting. Make sure you join this guided adventure with your biocluars.
The Gathering Hour
Happy hour with friends. Join us for afternoon snacks and cocktails (before dinner) at The Wild Fig, our bar, and restaurant. The best way to share your stories and learn more about your fellow adventure travellers.
After Dark “Creatures of the night” hike
Let our guides take you on a night hike, to explore the surrounding areas and see the many creatures that come out at night. Creepy crawlers fans, this is where you will find snakes, spiders, frogs, and other creatures.
Campfire Stories, Cocktails & Marshmallows
Cocktails for the adults, and marshmallows for the kids. Gather around the fire, and listen to stories from our guides and fellow travelers. Watch the fireflies light up in the dark, and guide you through the garden trails (upon request)
Panthera animal conservation talk
Learn about the Land of the Jaguar, and the protected Belize Jaguar Corridor. You will learn about the importance of jaguar, and many other big wild cats in the region. The Mayflower Bocawina National park is a protected area. (Coming soon)
